We are an independent renewable energy engineering and consulting company with extensive experience in designing solar systems worldwide. For over 15 years, we have built a reputation as a trusted partner, known for high-quality service, efficiency and accuracy.

As we continue to scale our services globally, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to support our outbound engine and engage with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector worldwide.

Main tasks:

  • Research and identify companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile;
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy in the CRM;
  • Enrich lead data by finding relevant contacts, validating emails, and identifying key decision-makers;
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels;
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects across multiple touchpoints;
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and project potential;
  • Support the sales team in daily activities.

Necessary skills & qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sales, Business Development or SDR role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A structured and disciplined approach with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales automation tools;
  • English proficiency (at least B2/C1).

Work Location: Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 38, Kaunas or Bokšto g. 6, Vilnius (the role can be based in either location depending on your preference).
Salary Range: €2,000 – €2,250 gross.

    This role is ideal for someone ready to lead complex solar and storage projects, contribute to developing new services, and raise the technical standards even higher.

    You’ll collaborate closely with global clients, lead design processes, mentor engineers, and play a key role in delivering technical excellence at scale.

    Required skillset

    • Strong knowledge of LV and MV cable calculations
    • Experience with short circuit and protection device calculations
    • Proficiency in LV panelboard and busbar calculations
    • Understanding of MV/LV transformer integration
    • Solid expertise in earthing/grounding systems and lightning protection
    • Familiarity with IEC standards relevant to PV and energy storage systems
    • Practical experience with ETAP, earthing/lightning calculation tools, and AutoCAD knowledge of PVsyst and PVcase is a plus

    You will thrive in this role if you have:

    • Educational background in Electrical, Power, Renewable Engineering, or related technical fields
    • At least 5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in project-based renewable energy environments
    • High attention to details and a strong commitment to quality
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively within multicultural teams
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
    • Experience in site commissioning, technical advisory, or project management is a strong advantage

    What you’ll do

    • Deliver industry-leading solar energy design, system optimization, and production calculations for customers, working alongside customers’ technical engineering teams.
    • Lead design reviews, participate in quality assurance, and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement
    • Produce comprehensive design documentation for large-scale solar and energy storage projects on customer sites
    • Prepare, present, and agree on design recommendations considering cost, risk, quality, safety, reliability, and environmental impact
    • Supervise and mentor a team of designers and engineers, providing feedback to maintain high-quality delivery
