As we continue to scale our services globally, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to support our outbound engine and engage with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector worldwide.
Main tasks:
- Research and identify companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile;
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy in the CRM;
- Enrich lead data by finding relevant contacts, validating emails, and identifying key decision-makers;
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels;
- Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects across multiple touchpoints;
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and project potential;
- Support the sales team in daily activities.
Necessary skills & qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Sales, Business Development or SDR role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A structured and disciplined approach with high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently;
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales automation tools;
- English proficiency (at least B2/C1).

Work Location: Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 38, Kaunas or Bokšto g. 6, Vilnius (the role can be based in either location depending on your preference).
Salary Range: €2,000 – €2,250 gross.
