Job description:

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about products, prices and availability.

Requirements:

  • Creating detailed drawings for roof-mount and ground-mount solar projects.
  • Preparing simulations and optimization reports.
  • Designing PV systems using modern software.
  • Assesing solar potential based on satellite data, meteorological observations and site measurements.

Requirements:

  • Renewable energy engineering/electrical engineering bachelor
  • Sufficient AutoCAD skills.

  • Upkeeping company’s social media presence.

  • Organize software demos for new customer onboarding.
  • Own overall service relationship with assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Continually funnel customer expectations to product management team.
  • Work together with customers, sales, and engineering teams to identify and deliver continuous value to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for business case creation and validation.
  • Implement engagement strategies with customers to deepen customer engagement and usage.
  • Provide up-sale leads to sales team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal are an absolute must.
  • BEng/BSc graduate/student or technical work background.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Experience supervising others
